Can anybody please help me with this error?

I am not a scripting expert so I have no clue how to fix this.
When I go into the car info section so I can check how much horse power my car has the game freezes and crashes
I can have no more then only 2 cars in my garage and if I tune a 3rd car go car info the game crashes.
It never used to do this until recently.
