New Project（ペべゟ）
1999 Nissan Silvia Spec-S
As you know, I will start buying, modifying and selling cars in order to get money for "certain things" that you will see soon. So before yesterday night I started looking for auctions, classifieds, among others, until I found this...  A 1999 Nissan Silvia Spec-S, Yes, is the N/A version, but at least it is the manual 5-speed gearbox. It looked very good, despite the 214,000 kilometers, not so much but good, but the best was the price, 3750V$. When I saw the ad and the photos i said to myself: This car is very good and the price is too tempting! I have to go see it! After that, I called the owner, asked him about the car, asking for more information and after a chat we went to the McDonalds that is in the center of the city I arrived and saw it ...     It looked perfect! It sounded good! And to have 214,000 kilometers it was very well preserved! So I went with the owner to do a test drive and in two hours I had a new project!  I called Erwin to invite him to Mcdonalds for lunch and surprise him with the car His reaction was just like mine, I could not believe he would find a stock S15 (even if it was the n/a) that is so well preserved and so well taken care of after so many kilometers And less when i told him that the car cost me 3750V$ For that price you can only get automatic Spec-S, quite abused, well, not mistreated but you know what I mean, and the fewer manual Spec-S that are in between of 3200 and 4000 are quite/very abused and some are even riced, so this one was a good purchase! We went for a drive going to the workshop    And the car, the truth is that it handled very well, it was a bit slow but obviously, the engine is the SR20DE with 160hp if I'm not wrong, and the 240 has 200hp with vtec on the K20, and the skyline has 305hp, so maybe they are sensations only, but in all things they behave very well! We arrived at the workshop entrance and started the photos!     Later we entered to the workshop and more pics!        If you ask me what is my plan on this car, my plan is to modify it a bit, I will change the suspension, because although it is well managed and has a set of shock absorbers and springs, they are not adjustable, and I plan to exchange them for coilovers So if anyone is interested, let me know by private, I also plan to change the wheels, modify the brakes, put a turbo kit and some more, and then on sale, so I can earn good money and move to another car, it will be a medium project, but I'm not going to stay like the 240 or the R32, but I'll modify it, I'll keep it for a while and then for sale!
