The big red machine. 1990 Chevy C1500 Silverado.
  5.7L of V8 fury! She's gotten louder since I got her, the exhaust is rusting apart in front of the muffler, but it sounds soo good, I can't bring myself to fix it.  Once I do, there will be no mufflers. Just the big restrictive pellet-filled cat, and pipes. I've heard a couple trucks just like mine with that setup, and they sound like they have Flowmasters on em.The wife's 99 Monte Carlo.   It's got a 3.8L V6, and it's loud cuz the mufflers are rusting out. Dunno what it'll get in place of them, that's up to the wife. But for only 240hp, she'll get up and move pretty good. Added 52 seconds later: The wife's old car is in the parking lot across the street (in the first pic of my truck). It's a 1996 Pontiac Bonneville, aka Boogerville (cuz it's green). |
