Guys, I have two questions concerning GTA 5

1) Can anyone help me winning races on Xbox 360? I want the race parts ASAP :D The fact is when i join public races I only find fucking kids ramming me outside the road 24/7, so I only win when I'm lucky enough to go away from the start :D

2) Do you know if it's possible to join more than 1 Club with the same player/character? I'm already in one Club atm
