Yo guys, l want to hear your opinion will it run on my pc.(l have seen requriments)

Intel Celeron E3400 2.60 GHz
4 GB RAM
AMD raendon HD 5570 (have gigayte gtx 560 ti, just need a bether power core)
win 7 x64
