My console is stock, never modded. I got the tunes sent by some friends who received these from other friends, you know... trading
If you want to make mods yourself you should mod your console first.
About pics yeah no problem, that's how I did, uploaded on the official storefront and suddently deleted to be sure no one would see, just the time needed to download the pics from PC
