It's extracting, Sometimes a folder where you extract to can become corrupt
If you move it to another file it may work fine |

That's what I'm using currently, and it's BB's version that is causing the problem. It's a clean install of BB's SLRR, and all these crashes happen on a clean install. No mods added at all, apart from the Startup hotfix, and LE2BB93.

i dont know what to tell you, it works for everyone so the problem must be on your computer, delete the whole save folder, everything in it, then tell me if it works

The only thing that changes really is
Shocks and springs go into one folder all tires go into one folder Engine parts associate there selves to the most relevant folder Pretty much everything else remains the same |

Added 1 hour 4 minutes later: okay so i used slrr on a car awhile back, cameback to add a new engine and got an overflow error, this only happens a=on cars that have been edited before as if i download a new car edit it no error, edit again, error. So you extracted BBSLRR and run the EXE after extracting it ?
When you extracted there was no errors etc ? |

Alright, here's what I did:
2. Tried to run it. Crashes at loading. 3. Installed hotfix. 4. I run it. I can access the menu. 5. The game crashes if I try to start a new game. 6. I choose "Select Track" option. I can play. 1. Deleting the save folder. No results. 2. Running in compatibility mode, no results. 3. Re-extracting, no results. TL;DR: Game crashes when I try to start a new game. |

I Thought I would paint up the default texture of the driver model black so he could still be there but really lack detail so he didnt take any focus of the car
i did this with paint.net. opening the DDS file and changing it then when i went in game. a few of my cars can not be painted in anyway including CMS brakes pack. im not sure if me setting the default opening program to pain.net had anything to do with it as i have just set it to notepad to hopefully defuse the issue edit: NONE of my cars can be painted now This post was edited by Frostyfox (2014-10-24 21:07, ago) |

huh? i dont understand you?
what should i do? Added 1 minute later: and i have another issue too, i got 3ds max 5.1 from here, but it wont work. how do i get it to work? there is no tutorial or crack included i just want to model a few small things (you would know coprone) Added 3 minutes later: @facepalm don't touch the installer or any installing exes. just run slrr.exe i dont know if you know so may as well rule out everything.
