work on that camber change, can maybe solved in changing suspension geometry idk, i think its pretty excssive even with anti roll.

are you going to work on drag tire traction so that it can be adjustable depending on engine setup ? sorry to ask
but what you and bb are doing is Awesome |

Sprung weight motion is good. Unsprung weight doesn't look very realistic because the camber change is a bit wrong, in RL when you have zero camber and you take a corner, on the inside of the car you will get negative camber but on the outside you will get positive camber, in SLRR that's a bit unrealistic, because the camber increases negatively in function of load, which is ture in real life, but for that's the only characteristic i find realistic in the suspension. maybe it has something to do with geometry, its maybe not correctly scripted, which makes an incorrect behavior... i think in SLRR the trailing arm is behaves more like a swing axle rather than a trailing arm
also, trailing arms for motorsports(not baja and offroading..etc) belong in a museum, i think we should at least have rear McPherson struts, if that would solve the problem i described above, because today motorsports use mostly McPhersons and double wishbones and it will be a bit of a shame to not have them in SLRR, i know double wishbone is already in SLRR but it just comes specially for one car which is the caterham by CorradoSKJ, doesnt work very well with other cars iirc. |

@mindeliszz thats why i wrote that corrado skj already did double wishbone suspension so i simply thought suspension geometry can be somewhat fixed or substitued

I think i'll do a public beta test. Here's the download version 1
I want feedback. Tell me what car you're using, what tyres, suspension and what is wrong with it. Post here or pm me. Added 1 hour 31 minutes later: Update: better balance between hard compound and soft compound tyres LINK This requires version 1 to download This post was edited by mindeliszz (2014-09-15 15:58, ago) |

i'll upload new version soon, you won't need catalog java anymore, i made swaybars as addon
Added 7 minutes later: VERSION 2DOWNLOADWhat's new(changes from version 1): -Included MrSir suspension adjustments(shocks if i recall correctly) -Updated tyre.java(more realistic, better at both drifting and racing) -Made swaybars as addon, separated front and rear(no need to edit catalog.java, it will be in Others section) -adjustable brake balance(press on chassis with tuning tool) -fixed crash when tuning chassis Swaybar addon is tested on 2.2.1mwm only, i don't know if it works on other versions This post was edited by mindeliszz (2014-09-15 21:44, ago) |

First thing I noticed is this mod is not compatible with the Ferrari F355 mod. For whatever reason it crashes on startup. That said, the physics feel pretty good after a bit of driving around the top gear track with the F40 mod. One thing I did notice is the tires slip a lot (though this may just be my preference). With ~490hp it spins in a straight line. Sideways feels great though, very fluid movements. No sudden jerks. I tested out some crashes at high and low speed and have had no issues there. It all feels very smooth. I also like the tire pressure adjustment part, it's very cool. However a debug console comes up when I touch it. I'm not sure if that's intentional for beta testing or what. Overall it's pretty good so far, if I find any other issues I'll be sure to post them here.

all seems good mate but as mentioned above the debug stays on screen after tyre pressure is changed, not tried swaybars as i cant find them in my game but that could be down to me removing them at some stage not that i can remember but all in all game feel so much better lots of fun driving robbans camaro thats for sure
oh and no crash either always a plus |

if you changed catalog java, you need to reset it to default in order to get swaybars
i'm very glad you like it i'll do what i can to fix crashes Added 11 hours 40 minutes later: fixed crash when using BB93 Ferrari F355 mod Added 1 hour 51 minutes later: Version 3Downloadwhats new: -Fixed swaybar names -Fixed AnimateThread causing crash(Ferrari F355) -Slightly edited tyres, reduced slipping -Reduced brake force -Swaybars have adjustable position script form Rolts -Other small fixes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The game will crash if you had cars in your garage with swaybars! You need to remove them and then install this mod or create new career Make sure you don't have two same swaybar slots(einvagen has front swaybar slot by default) in car main.cfg! Or you'll be adding infinite swaybars in one slot. also removed useless stuff from the rar This post was edited by mindeliszz (2014-09-17 05:06, ago) |

You're seriously awesome, made SLRR even more epic. Giving V3 a try later this AM! V2 felt very solid and is great for drifting and grip as stated, heaps of fun on Ebisu.
Excited for the adjustable roll bars *fo' thumbs up* |

what i did today:
-further tyre tuning, handling is now closer to CarX, easier to spin out, but still it's easy to drift -reduced shock absorber damping -added reset button on tyre pressure -changed some of swaybar damping values( not all of them are 25000 nm ) -other small fixes I think next version will be a RC(release candidate) version. |
