In my opinion you should accumulate money for some better PC than updating this one. You can always try to get better CPU or GPU or more RAM, but it will go on forever.
But if you really want get "gaming" with this machine, get some better GPU, like Radeons HD 7+ series or GeForce GTX 560 and better depends how many $$$ do you have. Also, try to get some more RAM and try with 64-bit OS (since your PC can run it).

For good gaming PC you need to get something like 8 core i7 with 64 gigs of DDR4 ram and twin GTX 980 graphics.

But I don't think that you got money for that.

your CPU is alright, no need for an upgrade, i got myself a q6600 with a small overclock and it still runs everything great, for the gpu.. eh.. best thing to do since you're on a budget is to look for a second hand 6950[the 2gb version] or a 6970, if your psu can handle it ofcourse.

@D.Rovers, thanks for the link! I'll look into that.

thanks for all the replies, most still confuses me but i found a 6950 2gb for €50 close to work so that might be something.
budget? Ehh i'm not familiar with the prices so ehh €100-200?

thats a low budget but!, start with the cpu and mother board and psu, you can always use the grahics card in your cpu then upgrade later ;) i found a setup thats okay but i wouldnt waste money or time on it ;) i rather do it right the first time ;)

AMD Athlon II x4 740 (or higher as you can edit this setup as you want. the cpu is the most importent)
Sapphire HD 7730 ( rather go with nvidia as it supports alot more than amd cards do and preforms better, a gtx 750ti 2gb would be good ;))
ASRock FM2A55M-VG3 (asrock is pretty good i use one myself ^^)
a cheap pc case of your choice;)
a psu thats good for 400+ watts
and some cheap ram

you should be able to find those parts for cheap ;) i hope i helped ;)

Added 7 minutes later:

or this that i like better ;)
AMD A8-6600K Quadcore 3.9-4.2GHz,
Radeon HD8570D
- Gigabyte FM2+ GA-F2A78M-D3H
- HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB Black (2x4GB)

# Runaeh : AMD A8-6600K Quadcore 3.9-4.2GHz,
Radeon HD8570D

- HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB Black (2x4GB)
That setup can surely run ArmA 3. However, since it's AMD I'd add some good aftermarket cooler for it :P
