I have a few things in the works, so I thought I'd make a thread...

As you may know, the Mazda Miata (NA) mod is pretty good, but, if i'm not mistaken (I really hope I'm not, the resident Miata expert GoverningNick backed me up on this.) the SLRR Miata we all know, overuse in roleplays, and love is the 1.8 model (NA8C), but it has the wheels from the 1.6 model, which are commonly referred to as the 1.6 daisies

^1.6 model^

Then you have these, the rim for the 1.8 model Miata, which is what I'm aiming to bring into the game. The only progress I have so far is opening it up and isolating it from it's original source in the wrong version of 3DSMax.

If anybody is wondering about why I used the wrong version, I'm getting rid of this computer on Sunday and I didn't see reason to go through the trouble of getting Max 5.1 working yet. So, that's all I have to share right now. Thanks for reading!

It's a good idea I never noticed the difference and also the 1.6 rims were oversized IMO

Added 1 minute later:

If your gonna redo the Miata please put driftable physics when using swaybars

Thank you for the suggestion, though for now I am just focusing on the wheels. Which, I haven't made any progress on because I suck.
