hy guys i started a mod today a VW New Beetle
atm i'm working to get the chassis ingame but i think i have a little mistake in the javas/scripts/rpk dunno so it won't show of so i decided to make the whole work in 3ds first screens will follow in 10 minuten ^^ |

i know but i don't care nearly no one is interessted in the interior and maybe there will be some other dashes like Audi TT and a Sport edition
the car itself is a little mess because the textures won't fit so i take a little break now ^^ |

@ morpheus: i know i forgotten to mirror it but i change the textures now i can use the car as right steering
@kOk14a: thx it's 90% textured but i have problems to get it ingame Added 22 minutes later: Some update as i said nearly textured      Added 9 hours 59 minutes later: okay thats what i done till now now my problem is i don't get this car ingame i exportet the scx change the folder section in the RPK from Baiern_data to Newbeetle_data the model i see ingame is a model of the Baiern without textures so i think the game already noticed that there is something else now that i changed the folder section the game crashes and says that the Baiern_VT doesn't exist but i checked it twice it's in the src folder i dunno what to do anymore tommorow i will be online in the afternoon maybe someone got a solution otherwise i'll pack the whole thing upload it an someone else can complet it if he want to This post was edited by Strange_guy (2010-04-25 09:18, ago) |

i really dont see that car is 90% texture it :D...and you must separate parts and export the chasis as chassis.scx and you better check some tuts before start exporting

first of all it is 90% textured
i cut out everythink then i checked tuts they helped nothing. now the problem is i still don't get the chassis ingame anyone got some spare time to help me? |

well good that you separate the parts, so the chassis is good for exporting, now learn to make loading order and should be done, atleast a littlee

I think he was just saying that at least the chassis will be done once you learn how loading orders work, and fix the loading order for the chassis. So maybe relax a little? And just so you know, it's probably not the best idea for a new member to piss off a significantly higher ranked member. Depending on the how that higher ranked member runs the site, it might not end well for you. Just saying.

i really think this project is dead, i talk to strange_guy(undead deamon from GSM-the one made that old honda accord) and now he is modding gta i think....so this car is lost...i am not sure, this is just my opinion
