Well there multiple things you need to do to achieve this.
1st. Take time to learn teqs in Photoshop play around and see what you can learn by messing around with pictures you have taken. (A great way to learn is to find a pic of a SLRR car that has a good shot and try to recreate it with your own hands. That way you learn what they did without stealing! ^~^
2nd. Find a ENB that suits you and something you can run without SLRR killing your pc. I recommend Intel HD or Reshade it shouldnt kill you but not knowing your rig doesnt help me give a perfect answer.
3rd. Try to have fun with it dont be afraid of trying things that look.."Odd" just mess around and then take those teqs and move them over to your RP pics just tone them down so its not overkill LOL.

There Hope that helped! :D

Most importation are RESEARCH, like you cannot import R35 from japan to USA, or it will ruin RP.

Not really a PS master, I use gimp all the time, but I may have some other recommendation for you: Use decals and textures. Rust, scratches, dirt, whatever happens to cars. Make 'em look less out-of-the-factory if you drifted them, for example. You can add that by photoshop or any other image editing software, or (shameless self-advertisement) use THIS to buy cars and take parts from the used cars and add them to the car to make it look like it just came out of a dusty barn or relatively shady used-car dealer's lot

I'm a noob :3

Smoke looks alright but don't add it on the front wheels, it looks like that S14 is AWD lol.
You only forgot to add some motion blur in the background. (amount of it depends on the angle of the photo)

Looks like you got it (Cheap trick for DOF i use)

Take a look in the red is where i want the DOF so to do this quickly without taking the time to using the pen mask tool what i do is Dupe the pic Add Gaussian Blur and then get the Eraser Tool and lower the Opacity and hit the nearest part of the car with it that way we have DOF in the distance and clear up close Now there are problems with this method seeing as the Eraser tool isnt the best for small area theres bond to be some mess ups some where but its faster than using the pen tool give it a try it might help ya in the long run! ;) P.S you can obvy clean it up with the Pen tool after to get it Crisp
