# Harrison15 : Question for everyone: I'm going to make some GTR-style wide fenders for the GTS. (The GTR is a separate chassis and the rear arches can't be narrowed at all.) Should these have visible rivets / seams, or should they sit as flush as I can make them, like the GTR chassis? (I'm thinking visible rivets.)

Both? :)) but the question is: can you install the gts front end on the gtr chassis...

Nope! You won't be able to without editing the CFGs, anyway. :P You can install the GTR front end on the GTS chassis, though, of course. Plus, almost all of the kits will be made for both versions.

That's one thing that's probably beyond my abilities. :S I can try after I finish mostly everything else, but it's probably not happening.

Will it have a removable carpet?

If I do stripped interior, it'll probably have a stripped version chassis for both the GTR and GTS. I don't like removable carpets on mods, because they add to the poly count and they make the car look worse after crashes.

Aw that sucks but I agree that it will look ugly. I prefer to have a less cluttered vehicle selection menu.

Maybe I'll add a "Strip Chassis" function to the vehicle tuning menu, and then just hide the stripped chassis from the catalog. I'll see if I can make that work.

Seriously you are going to do that? That would be UBER sick! Also can't you just leave the RPM needle in its normal spot but have a detachable speed thingy? You know where all the gauges for the RPM and Speed.

The needles are positioned differently on the GTS and GTR gauges, and I want to see if I can make ones with different speed scales. Also, I want to see if I can do a MoTeC or SARD Stack gauge.

Knight Racer drift style riveted over-fenders for the GTS are done. Also shown: R33 GTR Top Secret kit.

Tons of 3DS Max practice from previous mods. ;) The smallest things used to take me forever - my Foxbody Mustang took me months, and it hardly had any aftermarket parts.

Added 1 day later:

GTS S1 grille. Yes, it's paintable, and the badge can be removed for "R32 GTR style".

It'll be cool if you do a cutout of the SKYLINE logo and turn it into a break light

# Supremen96 : Also did you contact with STuner guy?
I PM'ed him on GOM, but I haven't gotten a response. I'll try emailing him.

# Supremen96 : These style front bumper and mirrors:
(snip)
That bumper is the Nismo one with some front canards. I'm going to try to make the Nismo front bumper or get it from the S-Tuner guy, but no promises, especially about the canards and lip. I'll see if I can get some mirrors in that style from Juiced 2.

# hitman3695 : It'll be cool if you do a cutout of the SKYLINE logo and turn it into a break light
That shouldn't be hard at all. ;) I'll see what I can do.

# Canvas : Can u add this ducktail-spoiler and roof-spoiler? please :D
Maybe not those exact ones, but I'll try to make something in a similar style.

In Australia there is no such thing as "rice". There's only "try hard"

You can convert the generic race FM front bumper.

Looks awesome man, would it be an idea to do a front swap? Like an R32 and R34?

and now a days if it isn't clean or w/e it's rice.. There is a difference between styling a car and ricing it out with massive rims, spoilers and fugly ass bumpers..

As I've seen Skyline with Do-Luck bodykit in Rides thread, will you be able to convert all parts from Juiced 2? I understand that it takes a while to match them, but you're an experienced modder.
So?

Probably not - I don't really like the B334R swap, and the R32 front end from Forza looks incorrect in my opinion. I might do an RPS13 front end as a weird swap, but only if I can get the rest of the car sorted out first.

# Supremen96 : As I've seen Skyline with Do-Luck bodykit in Rides thread, will you be able to convert all parts from Juiced 2? I understand that it takes a while to match them, but you're an experienced modder.
So?
I'm going to try and convert anything in Juiced 2 that isn't in Forza already. So, there will be GTS and GTR versions of the JUN and Top Secret kits, in the way that is accurate to real life. Accuracy is a goal I have with the body kits.

# Supremen96 : Also, you can get GTS stock rims and front seats from Forza's Silvia S14.
The seats are actually different; I'll be using the Juiced 2 ones instead of the Forza S14 ones. However, I did end up using the steering wheel as the ECR33 Series 1 non-airbag type. I will be using the rims, too, though.

Nice work, I love seeing your progress :)

I'd hate to keep piling on suggestions, considering how many you have on this one page alone, but how about a bumper like this:

clean factory look, but leaves an impression.

I'll see. Depends on how well the rest of the body kits go.

It is. It's a Series 1 / 2 lip on a stock bumper with N1 ducts. Also, an N1 hood fringe, which I can add. Also going to make the HID headlights like those.

This'll be a HUUUUUUGE mod like the Commodore, maybe bigger. This maybe is one of the most complete mod consisting several chassis, of the 32 Skyline. Keep up the good work Harrison!
