Yours is quite thin compared to real ones, you should add 1/3 depth but anyway, other for what ALAN said, they look alright.

it was hard to get the spokes thickness right, the only pic i had was fairly low res and was hard to tell where the spoke ended when i was modelling, but thanks anyway :>

That's not too bad, the hub is a bit screwed up and the polycount is just insane(at least for gaming use), you shouldnt use turbosmooth/meshsmooth or similar things.
