I'm 14... :D But seat is so close to steering wheels cuz I was going to clean the car... :D That's sad I can't use it on streets. :( Have to wait 2 years... Number plates are not on cuz it saves some money. Latvians should understand. Also it's quite boring to drive with AT gearbox now... :D This car is in f*cking good condition. Bought for about 500 Euro. That's not much. :awesome: Now the summer is here and I'm going to work on bodywork. Have to get rust away! :)) Who wouldn't want a car when he is 14?? :)

pft, good luck getting that rust removed. look @ yur A-pillar on the weld with the chassis i spotted some rust and that means 9/10 times that the underside is crispy and/or the doors, beeing an VAG car check the trunk wheel wells seems for rust.

Yeah, but you have to admit that for an 86 it looks pretty good. My truck is a 1990 and it's cab corners are gone or going, and the bottom rear corners of the doors are eaten up a bit. I won't mention the huge hole under the rear bumper's center step pad.

But I see trucks like mine of newer model years all the time, and they're in worse shape, with less miles on them. Mine just hit 180,000 miles last week.

It costs anywhere from 1800 to 2000 usd to have a transmission like the one in my truck rebuilt. I paid 1600 for my truck and guess what it's got behind the engine? Yep, a freshly rebuilt transmission. :D I joke that I bought a rebuilt trans and got a truck free.

pft keep it SOHC! its the way to go, a friend of mine has a D16Z6 EG and ive seen a dude (Bisimoto) making 720WHP wit ha turbo SOHC so no need to switch the the B16 and get the B16A2 cuz no such thing as a B16B5.

you prolly mean the B16A5 but its only offered with a auto tranny srsly you better of with a B16A1 or A2.
