it's CMD every windows have it

go on the desktop, click on windows button + R, and enter CMD.....

I just want to change the longosdgauge SLRR2011_STAGE1\cars\textures, as the other crappy one does not fit any of the numbers or letters on the dash.

so hard to find one tho :(
