hmm i wanted to do taht but i don't have enough space on my pc for gta v files, but idk if you can rip whole parts of map like gta, in gta iv you can rip only part by part, or just one building its not easy to put together, thanks tho
GTA V maps is easilly rippable with using GIMS EVO plugin for 3dsmax, but you must redo the texture since the .scx won't recognize the og material used by the GIMS EVO

tahts just free 3d scene model from internet, huge city would be pain in the ass for my pc to render

It's like that in all 3D GTAs. But you might rip some smaller part (photo only map) with Ninjaripper alike tool
