okay here is my valo city rework from 2 years ago that was abandoned
lots of hours got wasted on this and here is the chance to shine as java file is included so you can add anything you want to valo city to make your own

BEAR IN MIND YOU NEED BB93's TREES FROM HIS GAME VERSION TO MAKE IT WORK AS I USED SOME OF THE CORONAS FOR THE BUSHES AS THE GAME NEVER LET ME TO USE ORIGINAL BUSH MESH FOR SOME APPARENT REASON

IF YOU DONT USE BB93'S VERSION THEN HERE IS THE LINK TO THE TREE MOD -> TREES AND TEXTURES

^INSTEAD OF RIPPING THE TREES LIKE A NORMAL MODDER I WENT LAZY WAY AND JUST PACKED WHOLE MAPS TEXTURES FOLDER AND OBJECTS SO MAKE DAMN SURE YOU DO YOUR BACKUP OF THE FILES THAT IT REPLACES
