This is actually nothing much but maybe it's practical to some of you.

Replace the paint.png in the textures folder with the texture that you've made. Use of the black trims is advised. Won't work perfectly with every part. You probably have to repaint some bodyparts in-game because part of the two-tone shows up on them. Didn't test it on the Hatch.

Since it's a PSD it should work on both Photoshop and GIMP.
