The version i released a couple of days ago (0.3D) took rid of all the bugs the car had. Try it and see if it works. Remember the engine and the rims that comes with the car are hard coded in the Javas, so you have to install the full pack. Otherwise, the game won't crash, but the car will appear in the dealers and streets without engine and wheels.
BTW, Looks like someone added some parts to the car, and a .class is asking the .RPK for something which is not scripted in it, or vice versa.
EDIT: After testing it myself, the whole mod works flawless. The version you both use is 2.2.1 MWM?
