New aero... Again?!?Yeah, you know how project cars are... One day you think you're finished with it, the next day you find that one part you really wanted for a long time and you start again... Plus my old aero was kinda wack. So i got told by a friend that UP GARAGE in Osaka could hook me up with a new original D-Max type-3 aero kit, for a bit less than D-Max it self, so i took a trip there and stayed at my friend and crew member Lexotic's house. So this new adventure costed me 1000 V$ (front bumper, rear bumper and side skirts) didn't get the overfenders because i'm happy with the setup i got. I saved a total of 250V$ (D-Max website asked 400 for front bumper, 400 rear bumper and 450 sideskirts).  After buying the aero i took my car to Lexotic's house and took out the old bumpers and test fitted the new aero, and i fucking love it. One thing i realized after getting it all done is that i may need to search for 18" wheels because the 17's make me insanely low. After that i drove back to Saitama with my car in new style. I should get it painted this week, if my boss has an opening to do so. I raised my suspension to drive it home just because i didn't want to kill my fresh new aero. Back in Saitama i managed to find a guy who bought my rear Origin Stream Line bumper for 200 V$. I still want to sell my Origin Aggresive Line sideskirts, so if anyone wants them for V$ 175 hit me up. I'm keeping my old front bumper for now. Finances: 3493 - 1000 (D-max type 3 bumpers and skirts) + 200 (sold previous rear bumper origin streamline) = 2693 V$ |
