If your game crashes on engine kits section, it's probably because of bad scripted engine. And assuming you are using LE2MWM, it's an engine made for 2.3.0LE (like most of of old crappy ones).
Try deleting all your engines, make new career and start installing all your engines ONE BY ONE.
If if doesn't help, get clean install and start modding it again
PS: Mega link doesn't work, you need to copy link with decryption code.
