(Not so) quick update

I've decided to restart scripting .rdb of 500, actually, BB told me to, this time from scratch (not using Duhen's decompiled .rdb). Pros? CLEAR .rdb (no need to go thru all the stuff to find one value), and stability because of it. Cons? Probably none, except of fact that I've got more parts done. Anyway, with scratch-made .rdb it's way faster to add them though.

And yeah, I got all front bumpers in-game already.
