TBH, the orbs of the glow should be placed in/around the projectors which are next to the regular lights.
you joking? the size of them would make it look shit :o this is the best i can achieve it unless i had tiny tiny glow orbs which i dont and i haven't found a proper way to resize them either..

95% done.. might model some other bumpers and some physics adjustments left..
