I suggest to make a brand new rpk using rpk creator and resource converter.

For do this you need scx, tex**, cfg and java of the part you want make standalone, then, create a new folder with all subfolders and files(example: ...\SLRR\parts\MyParts\meshes - ...\MyParts\scripts - ...\MyParts\textures) so open rpk creator and select files, set what catalog part you need(in rpk creator there is a button that make you choose which catalog section is associated to which java, so you can make it compatible with all cars that have a slot of that type).

After do this, the rpk creator open a new page with the rpk ready to work, so copy one rbd from yor parts folder(anyone, no matter if was of a wheel pack or a muffler pack) and paste to the resource converter folder(create one where is only the res converter files), open the res_converter.exe and resdecode the rpk in rbd.

Now you need to copy the rpk created by the rpk creator to the rbd(be sure of overwriting all what was in) and save, change the name of the rbd in what you want is his name and resconvert back to rpk. now the rpk is ready to work, so needs only to be dropped on the parts folder with relative files folder(as the example, ...\SLRR\parts\MyParts\ and ...\SLRR\parts\MyParts.rpk).

** you can use the rpk creator without tex file too only difference is that without it the rpk will be createt without loading order, so you need to copy from the original rpk.

if you dont understand something or need more help, send me a pm ;)
