Night Potatoes

I headed to 'Night Potatoes' garage shop where I kept my Supra for minor tweaks. Yes this is the garage I prepared with 11000rpm with the aid of Mr. Lee. The team was a typical small local cars & coffee club, but now it is a decent shop with some part imports and also imported car registrations in Korea. We don't have 25-year law or whatsoever and that is cool. Currently there are only OBD and gas emission regulations, but that can be easily exempted because he could find several loopholes ;)

I think Mr. Lee used my Supra as a 'show car' for the garage, but I am okay with it. Only car guys visit this kind of place, and there's no danger of getting my car vandalized.

Talking about the tweaks, Mr. Lee got the custom 2JZ head cover that shows the cam gear and the belt. It looks better than the stock one and it only costed V$ 200, considering it was custom made. Also, Greddy cam gears and the cam belt was installed. Stock ones were not in a good condition after the test drive, so I kept this car in the shop for several days for inspection and part delivery. The cam gears and the cam belt costed V$ 600.

Mr. Lee's daily 180SX is always parked in front of the shop. I guess he recently sourced several pairs of Khusha wheels that could fit onto his S13. Using JDMs as a drift car is considered a bold move here, since most people here use Genesis Coupes for drift events. Probably getting parts and relatively young chassis are main reasons.

Probably I should tell him to stop playing Overwatch too seriously. He even made those DVA stickers and gave it to me.
