wait a minute:) you have cfg n javas for the left and right brakes.So you no need render type.
delete these lines and try

renderID_FL = parts.Hotrod_Brakes:0x00003004r;
renderID_FR = parts.Hotrod_Brakes:0x00003004r;
renderID_RL = parts.Hotrod_Brakes:0x00003004r;
renderID_RR = parts.Hotrod_Brakes:0x00003004r;
