I'm happy that the power was well within the engine's reliability limits, even though it was far out of my expectations! I was sort of hoping I'd get 313hp from the V$3130 setup, but I was being optimistic and playful, plus that figure was in crank/bhp, I got 303 whp! Kate needs another EK companion!! Added 38 minutes later: ＲＡＲＥ ＰＡＲＴ ＧＥＴ！！！ ニ唄ヵ Hellooooo. Here's another s m o l update. Let me tell you guys a short story. So, I was just cruising around Mie in C-REX, eating a sumptuous KFC Zinger and some fries (mind you I wasn't going fast at all, was well below the speed limit) while enjoying a Saturday of no work. So there I was right, driving down this street when suddenly, I see this sign of JDM car surplus parts, and a shop with parts laying around, some dangling and hanging via a couple zipties and strings. Of course being the (unbeknownst to luck until this happened) car nut that I am, I decided to pull over to the sidewalk and see what they have in store. It turns out (thank God for Google Translate!), they sell various JDM parts on eBay and Yahoo! Japan Auctions! Was pretty lucky to find a reliable supplier of these parts, pretty close to me too. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE, I ask around for the Honda parts they're selling, and BOOM! Snuggled up by a used EF CR-X hatch/trunk, was an ULTRA RARE MUGEN CR-X PRO.2 REAR TAILLIGHT GARNISH!! I had nothing more to say, so I blurted out in excitement, "GET ME THAT ONE!!" Paid the guy a WHOPPING 13,000 yen (V$130!!!) for a PRISTINE CONDITION GEM. So yeah, after that I go back to my car, and drive STRAIGHT HOME. I then proceed to install it at the garage, and as they say, the rest is history, or at least, a memorandum of luck I will probably never forget. SO, enough with the storytelling, pics pics pics!
