A lot has happened in these past week... Starting the update off with the S13.

THE DREADED S13

So as you may remember, i said a few updates ago that i was gonna soon take it out to Ebisu/Maze. Well, i kept my word. Or at least i tried to. I decided, like everyone else would, to do a full nut and bolt check of the car early morning before taking to the track. And with that boltcheck, i decided to randomly compression test the engine. THATS WHERE THINGS GOT HAIRY

CYLINDER 4. LOW COMPRESSO. ES NO BUENO.

The last time i comp tested this engine was when it was in my S14. at the time it was fine. IDIOT ME FORGOT TO TEST AGAIN BEFORE SLAPPING MODS ON IT BECAUSE ALL THATS IN MY HEAD WAS ITS A WORKING ENGINE SMH.

Welp, ofc i didnt take it to the track anyways. Cuz i'll just get myself into trouble if the engine fails completely. Which is quite inevitable. That day over lunch tho, During a serious discussion and no jokes involved, at all, Marc (Macaron_Moon), being the good sport that he is, and being the only person around us with proper Mechanical engineering knowledge, told me to marc his words (HAHA I CAN PUN TOO OK AJ) that he'd build the S13 again, from GROUND UP. talking a whole different look, fully refreshed engine, refreshed suspension and so on. Well, OFC I DIDNT DENY. This time, we're gonna take our time with it and build it to proper high standards. Leaving no nut or bolt untouched. Well thats the plan at least. If things work out properly, it'll be done sooner.

Thats that for this car then. Here it sits, awaiting to be rebuilt

next day...

BACK ON THE WAGON

Not much has changed on it yet. Apart from the rear bumper! Found a good deal at a Do-Luck rear bumper and pulled the trigger. LOOKS HEAPS BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS BUMPER

Almost time for its first shakedown somewhere. Jk, IT IS TIME. since i failed to take the S13 to a track the day before, i decided to take the wagon, the automatic, stock suspension wagon, TO TSUKUBA. After a nut and bolt check, and a quick oil change, i set of for the iconic track. Hoping i dont have so much bodyroll that i literally tip the car over

*an hour of driving, and 30mins of paperwork later*

WE IN BOIS

After a warmup lap, i decided to open up the taps. Lets see what this thing in all its 260ps and automatic trans can do

Halfway in on the first proper lap, the bodyroll wasnt as bad as i was expecting. THE TRANSMISSION HOWEVER, FOR SOME REASON FELT SLUGGISH. Maybe just because im not used to track driving older automatic cars. but yeah, THING NEEDS A MANUAL. Desperately trying to hold off until im done the supra (more on that in a bit)

All in all, the bodyroll wasnt as bad like i said, but its still there. SOO to basically be fun to drive, this car NEEDS a manual swap and new suspension. Engine felt pretty okay. a bit low on power, but that'll be dealt with soon hopefully.

The times? well i topped out at a solid 1:13.48! not bad for a stock CT9W i'd say but upto you to decide.
Welp, two or so hours at the track later, i decided to go home and get some rest.

*2 days later*

THE (sorta) BIG REVEAL!

The latest purchase, what ive teased a week or so ago, and finally got to go and pick up.

1995 Mercedes Benz S500! MY ENTRY TO THE LOCAL T H O T PATROL HEHEHEEH

funny how my first actual Euro car, IS A FLIPPIN CRUISE SHIP. not even kidding, tHIS THING IS B I G (reference in a bit)

the ad from goo-net-

Going into detail, under the hood this thing pACKS HEAT!
WE GOT A 5.0L MERC V8!

Interior wise, its very clean and well kept, BUT the interior is actually what justifies the low-ish price.

From what i've been told, The AC condenser is currently bad, hence no AC. And the pioneer head unit that it has is toast too. so no audio. Apart from that, its in very good condition.

The rear is nice and roomy too. As ofc a luxury oriented Mercedes would be.

As for the specialty things that do work, This car came with the optional electronic seats. and yap they're still functional on all sides!

AND WE GOT A FULLY FUNCTIONAL SUNROOF!

For wheels, as you may have noticed, it has 19" Work Euroline DH's

Thats about it on the details side of the car. Just gonna say, MACKAY, WHEN THE BENTLEY COMING THEN? XD

Now for why i actually bought the car. I got a pretty big occasion coming up soon (you'll see what), and after thats done, i dont think dailying a civic ES wont look good enough. So yeah, im gonna fix up the AC and audio, and then daily a Mercedes Benz, while bathing myself in comfort LMAO

Went to Burgerking later that day with the bois. More of that on AJ's roleplay soon.

HERES REFERENCE AS TO HOW BIG THE S-CLASS IS

"Dont talk to me or my son ever again"

Took it for a late night drive that day too. Temp wasnt that high so having no AC didnt bother a lot. No audio did bother a bit tho lmfao

Just such a big upgrade from the ES1 in comfort terms! it kinda just feels like its floating while you're driving it down the road lmao. fellas at mercedes did a good job on the supension on these

*the day after*

Pulled the ES1 out. HERES MORE REFERENCE FOR HOW BIG THE S-CLASS IS

As for why i did pull the ES1 out, unfortunately, its sold! now that i have the Merc, i no longer really need it. best option was to let go of it i guess.

GOODBYE!

Moving on now to the Supra! Had quite a few parts come in over the week.

The parts did include some engine and transmission mounts. So, first thing i did was put the engine in!

Fits in as good as i expected! didnt require that much modification too.

Afterwards i started mocking up all the other parts that came in

New Lowmount turbo manifold!

Greddy T78 turbo and Mushroom air filter! Turbo rated to handle 700hp

That was all just mockup tho. i pulled everything right off afterwards. because still new Cams, intercooler setup and some more things left to come in. AAAAAAAAAAA CANT WAIT

Anyways, that'll be all for today. Thanks for stopping by! Hope you enjoyed ;)

Added 23 seconds later:

# Soju : Can't wait to see the full updates on the Merc :)

There ya go!
