# BigSmoke : The Merc and the Evo Wagon is lovely! IMO Mitsu wagons such as the Evo Wagon and Legnum are quite a unicorn amongst Mitsubishis (along with the Starion). Also, any mod plans for the Merc?

Indeed, mitsu wagons are underrated asf man!

Also, yeah. mostly exterior stuff in plan. and ofc some obligatory boltons ;) all in good time!

Starting off with the Supra, on my last update about it i mentioned that some parts were still to come. Well they're finally here over this past week! An HKS front mount intercooler with custom piping. Had the pipes made by a local garage where i have some friends. Cuz yo boi here doesnt know jackshit about welding. A skill that i'll have to learn really soon haha. Then we have a TiAL 50mm blowoff valve. Honestly at first wanted to go with no BOV becuase SUTUTUTUT...But well, played it a bit safe i guess. Then again, this engine will see some high action usage so better to be safe lmao. Then theres HKS 264in camshafts, with HKS cam gears. Such an important part to get to the power goal i have. And ofc, the vast improvement on idling sounds haha. More on the Valvetrain, We got HKS Rocker arms, Tomei valve springs, and a new Tomei Head Gasket. Up next we have (OH MY GOD THIS IS A HUGE ASS PARTS LIST) EXEDY Stage 2 Clutch kit. Been an Exedy user for a while now, love their quality so yeah it was the only logical option to me. And it being a stage 2, it can handle the power goals that i have. Only one thing remains now. A new ECU ofc. cant run all this on a stock 1JZ ECU lmao. gonna be getting
a power FC for it very soon!

WEW. that should be it for the engine. Thankfully i ordered from a handful of reliable websites who had them in stock, and some parts from UPgarages. Hence i didnt have to wait months for them lmao. As for why ive put some parts on, well THIS CAR IS GOING TO OSAKA LADS. Everything regarding to the cylinder head and valve train is still in a few boxes in the trunk, but the rest ive decided to put on snug. So i dont have to deal with like 10 huge boxes on the trailer.

At MACKAYs garage, where the car is going, i plan to install all the valvetrain bits, while ofc MACKAY welds a good ol' rollcage for it. I'll be surrounded by people who've done WAAAY higher HP builds than my goal, hence less chances of fucking up there lmao. Ofc that'll mean taking all the engine parts off again, but thats why i only put them on 'snug' lmao.

Same deal for the front end. Put everything back on for ease of delivering.

I had arranged everything for the delivery beforehand, with a local towing and trailering company. Just gave them a call and about 40mins later, they arrived with a trusty Toyota Dyna car transporter. Its not enclosed ofc. that shit would be waaay too expensive. A bit of risk getting the paint messed up but hey, its not in pristine condition anyways.

All loaded up, and off it goes for an 8-or-so hour journey to Osaka!

I literally got up at 5:30 A.M. to work on the Supra. Was at the Garage by 6, and AJ popped in as well by 6:20. we finished up and set the car off at just shy of 8 A.M.

As for Bento box Marc and his 24x7 tired ass, he showed up at 8:25, Still looking drowsy asf and barely walking straight, while sipping on his staple food, some warm Ramen.

Me - well where the fuck have you been?
Marc - sleep, bro
- And how much sleep did you get?
- *yawns* dunno maybe 7hours?
- Ok 7hours isnt low yOU USELESS LARDY-ARSE. Why you still drowsing?
- Coffeccino, bro
AJ - *trying not to wheeze hard* the FUCKs a coffeccino?
Marc- *tries desperately to keep eyes open, looks like he's smoked two tons of marijuana*

Yeah, it was clear this man needed caffeine or he's going to ERROR 404 MARC.EXE HAS STOPPED WORKING smh. He's a spanish guy after all. Spanish guys like their snooze a lot. so AJ so gracefully went off to get some cuppa's and some breakfast for all of us from burger king.

After he was back and we all got our caffeine boost, it was time to start prepping for the long drive ahead of us. AJ started checking up his BEASTLY built B18C. it handled one Osaka trip already, it should handle another one just fine. For sure going to rupture some eardrums along the way cuz MUH VTAKKK EPIC SCREAMING

Marc's sleepy ass finally got his shit somewhat right. And first thing, removed the JUN lip his car has. Its a long drive and the lip sits kinda low. So yeah better not risk damaging it. Have a glance at how much that lip changes the look of the front bumper lmao

And then i did a usually nut-and-bolt check on my 4G63T. Spotted a coolant hose slightly leaking. Had spare hoses at the garage so took about 15mins to cut it up and replace it. ALL GOOD!

After all that was done, we packed up our bags and loaded them onto the trunks.

Locked up the garage, with my S-class and S13 in it, And off we went! the previous actual long drive i had in Japan was the Osaka trip to pick up my Supra, riding Shotgun on C-REX. This time, im on my own car, and we have Marc tagging along! THIS TRIP SHOULD BE EPIC!

NEXT STOP OSAKA!! り飲安

Erwin promised to do some nice photography upon us reaching there and meeting up, so keep your eyes on his thread for more about this trip soon!

Anyways, that should be all for now. Thank you very much for stopping by! ;)
