Got it.

My request would be for the secondary controls on controller:
Accelerate: RT
Brake: LT
Turn: Left stick
Hand Brake: B
Shift Up: X
Shift Down: A
Clutch: lb
Engage NOS: rb
Honk Horn: Left Stick click (L3)

Then please do as you wish for the primary control on keyboard, you're the expert.
