SLRR Exhaustive isn't the best for modding, in fact it's on the limit of what can be done with SLRR. Also the mods there are modified to work with the Exhautive only. Most of pre-modded SLRR version are done in similar way. So if you want to have the best SLRR modding experience, get BBSLRR 2015, apply the latest patch and then collect the mods for yourself. Just make sure to test your mods and use these, which appear to not break your game.
