you won't be able to change anything/much because you have an integrated graphics card it won't be able to run full HD res with AA anyways so just play with what you have at the moment and once you upgrade you'll be able to force AA and play at max settings

it does run quite good actually .. but cannot handle effects well (smoke, lights, shadows).

what's causing inaccurate mouse at SLRR?? 'cause i got no idea about that..
