there are two main ways to do it:

the first and most detailed is move the camera a bit lower than the first shot, maybe a bit underground and take a picture of the car so that you can see the bottom, so mirror it upside-down and make it ghost-ish(removing the surrounding) and fading to to the bottom.

the second is(having one single picture) make a copy of the layer, mirror it upside down, align(deforming the picture) all parts one to the other so to follow the perspective everywhere and the other steps as above(fading etc).
