Nope, i know usb debugging doesnt allow tethering to work, i keep it always off because of that... anyway i found out what was creating this issue, i had to unroot my phone, right now i'm connected from pc using it with tethering.
 I'll check if it works after re-rooting, it cant even be an error in the root procedure because i have a button in developers menu that allows to turn it on for apps, adb or both. Thanks for all the suggestions anyway! Added 2 minutes later: Well re-rooted, and i'm still writing from pc, YAYYYY!!
