with both 32 and 64?
Added 9 minutes later: I don't know what else could be wrong. if you still get (0xc00007b), then try downloading THIS, instal and restart pc. If this doesn't help, then i give up  Added 5 minutes later: But one of the exes must work, 0xc00007b error is about mixing up 32bit and 64bit dlls. Added 57 minutes later: Tested the program myself(i know, dumb to release a program without testing first), found some irritating bugs, as soon as i update VisualStudio, i'll fix them and release final version. Sorry for releasing so much versions to public, this is my first program released to public.
