Removed fog(even thought i added it again but in way less amount than stock one), now it has the minimum prefixed and the maximum is based off max view distance.

Draw distance? New skies? Building shadows? Street lamp light is in a "bit" wrong place?
I had shown max view distance already(tho you're right because it was 5km and now it is 8km).
News skies already shown as well.
Building shadows are missing because i didnt give it the time to load the night buildings lol.
Street lamp light is messed because of the above, didnt let it load properly when switching hours.
