Hey guys, Just bought a BMW 323i Compact off my parents for $15k... I was wondering why it was so expensive, so I asked them to send me pics, but parents are weird, they kept saying "Trust us you'll love it!" but no pics... Strangley enough I trusted them and bought the car. Needless to say, their on a cruise to Hawaii... :wtf: But once the car got to my house, I realized why it was 15k! This thing is sweet! BUT On just looks alone I would say its a 7k car... Maybe there's something more...

There is! My dad managed to get hold of a BMW M5 V10 and stuff it into the tiny, little 3000 pound car. I'm still wondering how he did it, but I lifted the engine out and turns out, he refabbed the firewall to fit it... sneaky sumbitch, didn't even notice while sitting inside, as in, no serious loss of legroom. He also (for reasons unknown to me) made the rear axle, live and fixed, instead of independent. I got the car onto the jack in my house's garage, and found out the Panhard rod is damn near rusted through! Not safe to drive on, at all, so I'm looking for a new one of those.

I hate to say it, but I'm glad I trusted them. This Bimmer is amazing, but I can't REALLY test it out. I got a guy who is the manager at a test track just outside of Valo city, and he gave me a card that gives me an all access pass to the test track (still trying to figure how they can make 16 tons of iron appear out of thin air...) so once I get that rod, I'll use the dyno there, get the car checked out with their mechanic, and run it down the drag strip, and around the ring.

Soo!!! I hopped in my GMC Sierra (Cummins 24v swapped, its awesome) and drove to Autozone, luckily, they had an aftermarket panhard rod, this one is aircraft grade aluminum, (BTW If you don't know what a panhard rod is, here ya go! :D *LINK* ) so it won't rust! I'm installing it now, shouldn't take more than, oh, 30 minutes. I will post my progress when I am victorious!

Muahahha, got the bugger in, also found a birds nest hidden among the suspension  Currently trailering the Bimmer out to the track with the GMC and gonna get her checked out, and ran aound the track! Wish me luck!
