Maybe you have some package based on that, and whoever did it forgot to fix the "package" row(first row in each java) in accordance to the new pack name.

Otherwise you might have forgot to remove the rpk, i think that would give the same result(other than random crashes).
With so much drama in the V-S-T, it's kinda hard being Bigg B-O-double-S-ninetythree B)
