You have to go to your racers folder and unzip everything from the rar file that has both the rpks and files in into your cars folder, this will fix it

but you will get all the stock cars in your game but you can mod that out with a "stock cars hidden" mod. It's here on vstanced

I think it's called "all stock cars" or something like that
