^^ It looks like a Sw problem, because it happens after a format. Did you install any program or driver taht can generate this issue? :confused2:
By the way, about my prblem, i solve it!! I delete al PNG's on root\decals\textures\crash, now i haven't any scratch textures on my cars, but the f#ck¡n lag also disappear...
