	Download section on GOM you will find a converter from .tff or whatever it is to JPEG. Otherwise any image software should open it? photoshop, gimp etc As for your ENB problem download some and find the right one that suits you. Learn how to make some tweaks to it adjust your settings in Nvidia or ATI control center
