Nope, nevermind, you can have a your own personal garage but no shop(at least not until you reach the money amount needed for that).

Plus i saw your RP thread and honestly not like how it's going, you can keep one car from the old RP, not a whole lot... that would be unfair to others. This shit is getting too complicate. Dammit. x.x
