Yesterday I was driving home with some McDonalds after a big day of work and my phone rings, so I pull over and it is Jorge. And I think "maybe his car broke down and he needs a lift" but no. It was him saying that this Thursday we are going to Italy and I'm like "WTF? Are you crazy? I have to work" And he said that he already called my boss and he, as a nice guy he is, let me not work Thursday n'or Friday.
But it is going to be the first big trip of my Altezza because Jorge wants to transport some engines to Luis's workshop. So i set about giving an inspection on the car (Cooling, brakes, exhaust, etc.) and everything was OK at least.  Also, I managed to find some mx5 rims in the wreckers and they were free because they were siting there for years and he's a nice bloke.  The Bora is still for sale! If no one wants it, I will scrap it to the guy I bought the rims. See ya'll in a few days probabily after the trip to tell you guys what happened. |
