Thanks Skip!
Yeah i've decided to go for something i normally wouldn't consider since i'm not really a honda guy, but the S2K is one of the models that go against the standard in my opinion *thanks for the bump on the post as well* |

It looks really nice, though, I'd suggest keeping the soft top, as most swap to hard top, making yours both unique and original.

S2000 is definitely no ordinary Honda haha. Nice rims on it too, reminds me of the S2000 Driftphantom used to have.
I agree with keeping the soft top cause it's easier to take it off so you can go on a topless cruise. |

I should've bought a S2000 instead, I agree with Skip and Fern about the keeping the soft top see if it's still mint though don't want any leaks when it rains. |

# skip : Feel like your tail lights will start playing synthwave really loudly soon. hahahah ikr Not yet planned, have a few in mind like OEM Deep Fuschia or Lavander Frost # Ward : Dudee that looks so good and you finnaly got a decent rear bumper Bumper is still the same only with some body filler haha # Renaruto : Those stripes on the rear lights are just soo 80's AAAAAAAAAAAAAA <3 :pAyyyyy thanks # holeecrab : i'm not christian or some shit but jesus fucking christ lmaoooo thanks G! Borrowed my friend's SSR MESH for the front (since i'm running his rears too i wanted to see how it looks) i kinda fuck with the style of all 4 mesh wheels tbh. Oh also i forgot to plug in my license plate lights so i had to remove the bumper again, and i forgot to bolt the plate back in place. And yeah i kinda ran it over with my wheel so it's all bent and crooked now, but i'm keeping it as is, gives it a street vibe. And the mandatory night shot! |

Maxed out the Skunk 2 Pro-C coilovers. It sits pretty low but still has a bit of a wheelgap. This car is growing on me, its so fun to drive!
Drove around for a while and took this pic of the 2000: |

# ramalhinho07 : Thanks man, all help is welcome! As you will evaluate the damage first tip if the frame rail inst bent afther the firewall 100% salvable but also check the pillars and the main structure of the car (Look For Thick metal) if theres just some easy bent you could cut and re weld the frame or straight it and weld a U metal ovelaying. as for the front its kinda easy to tube but its no impossible replace it with other OEM structure but for all those repairs the welding is the most impotant thing. |

Rebuild or part-out?Haven't done much to my cars since i've been busy with some stuff at work and personal life. What i've done more recently is this: I took off all the damaged parts (basically the whole front end), guess i got a bit lucky because the frame is all straight, nothing bent which is surprising taking in count i slammed the wall pretty hard. Now i'm facing a dillema... I own 3 cars (this silvia, the 180sx and the s2k) and this was a bit of a street toy, but then again they all are street toys. But i don't know if i want to throw the money necessary to fix the silvia or to just sell it as is. Car still runs and drives (doesn't drive so wheel because of a broken tie rod, bent steering rack and the lower control arm got hit pretty hard too). So in the next few days i'm going to decide on whether i'm keeping this thing or nah, just a quick update on things for now. |

If I were you I would price everything. Is the cost of the repairs more then you could earn by selling it? It could be worth keeping if it's cheaper.

# skip : If I were you I would price everything. Is the cost of the repairs more then you could earn by selling it? It could be worth keeping if it's cheaper. Taking in consideration it's the lowest grade of the Silvia series, (base model N/A SR20, 4 lug etc) it's pretty much the same i'm gonna spend on fixing or parting out, if i manage to get a zenki or even kouki front end for cheap i'll rebuild it. # marcus915 : F to this car i see sitting in the corner every time I go to the house Funnily enough the one car i buy to get more seat time ends up spending the most time in the garage

Loud as fuck, even for a stock exhaust hahah 326Came to a conclusion my s2000's fitment was absolute trash, and i don't really daily it anymore because i drive around in a company car now a days... So, like pretty much everything i own, i went to my man Mitsuru Haruguchi who most of you might know from way back in the day having a certain yellow FC slammed on its nuts running a BN Sports aero... i mean if you don't know him climb out from under the rock you live in! Anyway, i got from his company (326 power) a full set of adjustable Chakuriki coilover kit with 26 step damping and 100/80kg spring rates. I ended up spending a good amount on them, 2.5k in total with a "friendly discount" included. Mounted them up at the cooldown house with the help of my buddies and they feel a lot more stiffer than my previous Skunk2 Pro-C's Style wise was a major upgrade, car looks so spice, even though i scrape way more often. But just look at it thooooooooo! I'm also working on a little something as this goes down, lets just say a new car might be arriving to the cooldown house... Finances: 30152 + 940 (last week update on the V$) - 2500 (326 Chakuriki coilovers) = 28592 V$ |
