Congrats Skip!
As I am selling my E46 I want to make sure if I will still be able to participate with other car? Because as far as I understand from the rules it is possible for me to participate with other car in next event. |

# MACKAY : Am I the only one who doesn't agree with results?you're not the only one hahaha if we really wanted to get specific, i feel like there were quite a few runs better than Parkers. Not knocking his run, but he went clearly off course in the first corner tightening up and fully straightened out before reinitiating before entering the hairpin turns, not to mention slowing way down in the acceleration zone right before the big jump, really detracting from the 'wow' factor of the infamous Minami jump drift and run overall. I feel like there were other runs that were much better, 11000rpm's as an example, as he carried more speed overall, more consistency, a better line, and went much harder. Even MACKAY's run, although he carried less speed throughout the entire section, he completed a full run without making any mistakes going off course severely or straightening out. Point is, there were more consistent complete runs that second place I feel could have gone to. But again, it is my own opinion, and you guys are the judges so it is what it is Can't wait for round 3! |

# marcus915 : You basically pulled words out of my mouth here. Not talking crap about anyone, but I don't understand where judges were looking at while judging the run? I don't even understand your judging system this round as it is completely out of ass. Never knew that inconsistent runs are better than consistent runs without mistakes. Not saying that I did better than anyone, but looking at all the runs we can definitely tell something is not right. My opinion and results from my point of view, Lagano and 11kRPM were battling for first and second place as they were the only two who who went hard like this, and Marcus915 and Me battling for the third and fourth place, and I am sure that most of us will agree with my opinion. But it's whatever, just said what I was thinking, can't wait for round 3 too. :)

I also think what caused the result complicated is the absence of one judge; judges had to wait one of them who went too busy due to his/her job, then the rest of'em waited it for too long but too late to judge competitors' so the rest had to rush judge. thats just my opinion so hmm... I honestly have no idea how scoring system was this time tho lol. thought 1 wheel went off the course is fine. Or maybe same reason as i said above??
Btw the judgement can differ by people's different ext_camera value. still, it is pretty noticable unless the camera doesnt show up how the car's front/rear passing through CPs :p This post was edited by 11000rpm (2018-03-29 10:06, ago) |

Wow, didn't think i would win this round cause i didn't jump much at the final part and i think 11k got a little more crazy angles than me. Mackay and Marcus have a point, a good run has to be consistent and have a bit of everything - speed, style and line like the score is supposed to be. Also the judges could have voted better for sure but they were probably in a rush as 11k said.
See you guys at round 3, hope that everything goes well this time |
