I told you that those wheels were strange and very unusual for an AE86'. Watanabes is definitely an awesome choice, something you can't go wrong with. I am still waiting for the day you fix those god damn rear fenders, are they widened a lil bit or I am lookit at it too much haha.

And the fenders were never widened lmao, its rust repair lol |

Thats right.. Yeah, I understand that, but maybe the angle of your pics, wheel offset or something makes it look widened, idk, I am just being me lol.

Can't go wrong with Watanabes! I was thinking of trying 17's on my 86 too but looks like it won't work haha.

kittedSo the "something" I bought yesterday was actually a Run Free Type I bodykit for the Levin. Took me a while to find it but damn am I happy I searched. I payed just over Y130,000 for it which honestly isn't that bad. Headed home and then fitted it, which wasn't hard because its actually a genuine kit. I also put on all the parts I bought from radcoon, like the glass grill and some interior shit. Makes it a bit more comfortable. A while later I went to meet with my friend Haru, which you might've seen before, he had a black R32 GTS-T Skyline which he sold and upgraded to a GT-T R34. I've never seen such a clean car tbh, everything is just perfect. Mostly original besides a few parts. Next thing up for the 86 is probably a respray. oh yeah, also looking at a new car x) hopefully it'll be good enough. see ya soon # Soju : AE86 with small watanabes and meaty tires are loveyeah they do, classic combo. |

I sent you the colourcode catalogue by email just now.
Besides those... I think AE's look great in silver. Special the Coupes. |

Now we talking, AE86 slowly but surely going into right direction! Never did research or even knew about AE86 bodykits, but I must say that it looks reaaally good!
What a beautiful R34 your friend has, and it is red too, a color which I don't see very often. You better get something good too man! |

The R34 is really nice too, its an original red which makes it even more rare. And the car I'm looking at is only for VIP's |

Nah, it's not the same as mine. I'm not exact on my colour code but its very very similar to VW Tornado Red, Chianti is more metallic compared to my 86's gloss haha

10 Second Car - 7/14/2018so today, a new car joins the family. Not what I had originally planned but still something I wanted to tick off my bucket list. My plan today was to buy a Y33 Nissan Cima from a guy that I had seen advertising it - completely original, not much miles blah blah. Met up with the guy and the car was nothing like I had seen in the adverts. It was all scratches, dents, absolutely reeked of smoke inside and was generally tatty both inside and out. Radcoon will tell you the same thing, it was not worth purchasing. On the way back, we passed a used car dealership and just noticed it - a 1995 Toyota Supra with a Targa top. I never planned to buy a Supra yet but I just said fuck it, went in to look at it and damn was I happy I did. It is a 2JZGE that is on its last legs but that only gives me the opportunity to rebuild it to what I wanted. An hour later, after paperwork n shit, I officially own a '95 Supra Targa. I payed just over Y1,303,666 which isn't bad for a Supra. It was previously modified so its not COMPLETELY original. It has Recaro seats, some lowering springs and aftermarket speakers. I will be modifying it of course, if it was an all original Supra RZ Targa, I wouldn't. it's shaken goes out in a week so I will be bringing it in for its next test. First thing up is getting it running and driving correct. Interior is in brilliant condition, something that is a must in most cars for me Under the hood it's pretty clean. Overall its original but on its last legs, don't know the exact problem but I have a feeling it could be something to do with compression, like a piston problem.

Obviously I am joking man haha, congrats on your new purchase, another Supra owner, seeing how other guys did their Supras I can't wait to see yours, and yeah, you better bring that thing to me, you owe me one because I was waiting for you last year !

# MACKAY :Well I was looking to buy a Nissan but look shit happened. And of course I will bring it to you lol, this isn't getting a cage tho because I want it to be my weekend car if you wanna say that - something I can get into a drive fast if I wanna. And because it's me, it's gonna be unique as hell. # ErwinFenyvesi23 : Ayy , welcome to the Supra gang ! She looks clean ! And I mean inside and outside. Great purchase right there ! Inspecting The DamageI had some free time today so I decided to try find out what was wrong with the engine. I started tearing it down and eventually did a compression test and found out the issue....cylinder 5's compression is 70. Obviously thats wayyyy too low so this is engine is gonna get swapped. Of course, the engine was very clean too I then went on Yahoo auctions and found a 2JZ-GTE for sale for Y216,000 which is pretty cheap tbh, when it arrives I will re-do all the gaskets just so I know they are good. Also bought Tein Mono Sport coilovers for Y134,000 and a Chargespeed carbon wing for Y148,000, imo a good find. Can't wait for them to arrive. Looks kinda weird with the engine out of, but on to better things. Money Parts: -V$4,390 Remaining: V$30,872 |
