I had a short Cars And Coffee session with several local car guys. There were not much cars available, but I could see a quality rides with extra effort! We met up in the local shopping mall parking lot to evade any public discrepancies. I was the one who arrived first, and people started to arrive with their nice cars, I couldn't stop smiling at those cars. After most of the guys arrived, I moved my car next to them and started to take a look and respect all those cars. Big props to them for building such a great car in such a strict place! First of all, the DC5 Integra Type-R with the shade of blue. Yes, this is the actual Type-R with some nice touches here and there. Pretty rare Mugen wheels with lowered stance, using a coilover. Actually a perfect car to drive through Korean touge. The Infiniti G35 was a quite common car here, but not the Coupe! Because of the big price difference against Genesis Coupe, this flopped so hard. This guy turned this car into a street drift car, with minimal mods including the satin black CR-Kai wheels! A clean example of S197 Mustang GT! This is also the rare breed, since most of the Mustangs in Korea were either Convertibles or having a V6 engine. Someone eventually got the GT Coupe and this is actually not expensive to find in the used car shop! The BBS wheel is on point Last but not least, The Honda S2000 AP2. It has a lot of mods including the perfect wheel combo with some OEM+ parts like CR side skirts and the Mugen front lip. I'd love to get the S2K when I have enough budget, but it will be such a long time to take! |

I'm pretty glad no one got hurt on the Cars & Coffee Meet. Because Mustangs and Cars & Coffee used to NOT jive. But with that out of the way, YEEEEY I have yet to attend one, looks like some good vibes!

Trip To USA It was a really long flight since this was like my 2nd time going to the flight that exceeds over half a day. Also, the jet lag and all the paperwork to get the international license plate template, the luggage to survive, and some nice stuff for my buddies. The car was actually shipped via plane and it was one of the most expensive flight I've ever had. Thankfully Mr. Lee paid most of the shipping fee for the sake of "international research" and some promotional deeds. Well, Let's see. Luckily 11K did some earlier customs check alongside with his car shipped as well. He was waiting for me for quite a time. Also I finally went to the cargo yard to get my Supra as well. Thankfully both of our cars were safely delivered and nothing was broken or damaged. We started messaging Ben to find a place to meet up, since we were the late boys to arrive at the party. He told us he and others were already heading to the airport, so we decided to roam around the airport for some short warm-up for the cars until they arrived. Ben and Biggie thankfully sorted out all the paperwork needed and we finally headed out to the HQ. Luckily we were both not caught by infamous American cops and just strolled down the streets like nothing happened. We drove to the oustide airport parking lot to wait for the guys to arrive. You can check it out in Ben's RP and Biggie's RP for what exactly happened. Also, a lot of BBQ and alcohol was involved during the days. It was a blast! We celebrated Muza's birthday very hard. We could take a look at what Ziga and Ben was doing inside their garage with really nice collection! About the 993, it's actually a little project that I, 11K and Mr. Lee started as a big step toward to some unique builds! Sorry lads, it's not my project, but it's worth sharing for you guys He previously did 180SX, S15 Silvia, Hyundai Genesis Coupe and the Kia Stinger as a big chuck of projects. Now it's time to take a step further. As a result, he sourced a nice Guards Red 993 Carrera S and sent me some nice photos via E-mail. It looked nice and I instantly thought this will be a really expensive find, since air-cooled Porsches are basically impossible to source in Korea. Anyways, more updates inside the Seoul Tuner Garage will continue when I get back to Korea. |

Well I thought I was not able to stand the stiffness of the Supra for a long period of time... So I was wandering around and did typical tourist shit all day, taking a Lyft ride like a champ! In order to find a decent American car that I could drive around for few days... and I came up with a brilliant plan. There was an app that I could rent other's car as a rental vehicle. I don't have any idea how insurance will work but screw it. So I hooked up with one guy who owns SN95 Mustang GT in yellow with some mileage on it, so I don't have to be extra cautious with it. We met in the parking lot to check all the details and make sure nothing was wrong. At a first glance, it looked pretty okay. Definitely not a pristine condition car, but it's really decent considering its age and mileage. It's missing the wheel caps on all four wheels, but that wasn't a big deal at all. Everything was stock, no modification done at all, pure bone stock! The tires were okay and the owner thankfully filled the tank all the way to the top. And then I took a brief test drive around the avenue with him, talking a lot about the cars. He also owns the S197 Mustang GT and this is the "backup" car that he doesn't really use that much, so he decided to make a living out of it. I decided to rent his car for few days, so I handed him over V$ 350. Also I promised to park his Mustang back at the right time and exact place, so he could take the car back with no issues. I could finally enjoy my US trip with V8 engine and feel how the V8 Mustang feels like! |

The thing is, I've been driving this thing for a while and I love this car! Despite its notoriety for spinning out and killing the crowds, the car itself actually feels smooth and torque-y on all range of speeds. Not bad for a daily cruiser! I've visited several tourist spots and met my friends who were studying abroad, and quite surprised at my unplanned visit, quite a time! I had to visit local burger and look for large number nines, but I couldn't take all of it because I was so full at that moment, so I decided to buy some for my buddies. The trunk was of course very spacious for stuffing my luggage inside, not bad! I decided to return the car to the owner since the time for the US car meet is coming very shortly, and I had to take care of Supra just in case. The owner checked the Mustang, no issues and I was good to go! I quite miss the American style 2 door coupes, but I decided to go for more |

It's been long since I arrived Korea and I think it's pretty much enough time to settle down and tell some of US trip results. In USA, the trip members had a really nice car meet with all of their rides. Benny brought his R33 and also RCD was here with his Red R33 as well. I've seen those cars way before when I started my whole car project career, and I've seen pretty much every effort that they put into their own rides. Also Biggie and all other members including Franklin showed off their Mustangs in the other side! It was a pretty good experience. I didn't expect Biggie to get the Foxbody and AJ getting his new FD, also Muza's new BMW too! Well I had some other plans when I arrive to my homeland Well this was my first time looking at the "properly built" R33 GT-R in person. It just looks so gorgeous. And since I am on USA, looking at both road legal R33 isn't a common life opportunity. RCD's R33 was probably one of the best in the whole community, with a lot of horsepower and the extensive LHD swap. Also all of the details were really immaculate, even inside the engine bay. The 19" Advans and the Abflug fenders is my favorite part of this ride. Benny's R33 also had similar but very different details. The 400R bodykit treatment has given this car much more liveliness. The custom vented hood and the LMGTs gives out all the details it needs. ...And now everything goes back to normal life when we all went back to our daily lives and homeland. Well, this is supposed to be 11K's E36, but I bought it for V$ 8000 because he wanted to move onto his S15 project which is going really nice. It's a very well done car with SR20 engine swap, but I think this car holds much more potential than that. I cleaned up the car and took off the stickers on the side, and replaced the EVO seats (Sold them for V$ 500) and got the M seats which 11K still had. Also the roll cage has been taken off temporarily to make it road legal when I register this car again, since the owner is me. And I couldn't resist myself from selling a really pristine, mint-condition RPS13 for V$ 30000 to the local private collector. I just hope he doesn't cut or take off any of the parts. I think I chose the right car for right price |

Thanks for all the comments! R33 will be another "project" I will work on much later. Until then, it will keep its pretty much stock form. Since 11K's E36 is now on my hands, I started to move on doing some stuff of my taste I got some used 17-inch LMGT4's on the front and the AVS6 to the back. Unusual choice, but not bad combo! The wheels also came with used Continental tires, not bad for a touge session I guess. The total wheel price was V$ 1000, not bad for the wheels that are pretty hard to find, and the P1s are going to the spare wheel storage. Since the car is meant to do the curvy gymkhana races, the stance is not important. I could have fit 16 for the rear to give more "slammed" look but it's not gonna happen this time. The trunk and the spoilers were painted same with body color to give uniform look. The stock EVO seats that 11K used previously didn't fit my body and the measurement at all, so I decided to fit another bucket seat instead. I gave the EVO seat to 11K and got the old Brix 1 for V$ 500. Not in a bad condition, and the fabric was still intact. It'll feel much better then the OEM ones! Also got this old GoPro for recording my gymkhana sessions or "totally legal touge racing" for V$ 150. It came with the memory card and the sturdy suction cup style car mount, it was a steal The Supra and ER34 will also receive some minor changes pretty soon when the parts arrive!
