I managed to source a racing engine for the Charger! 2.000$... Well, it was soon enough for RACE TIME!
Ahhh the day came. Well, here are the highlights of the race: A Bonecracker! I have to see one in decades! That's why it's probably beaten up... It ran like a champ! Just your average Celica GT-FOUR. It put up a great fight. A beater Corolla. Don't be fooled by the exterior, this thing kept 2nd place. A nice classic Caprice. It ran like new! I enjoyed seeing it race. Came 3rd, despite a small slide it had (see ER34's picture). A stock ER34. Looks like someone doesn't like tuning his cars. You can also see the Caprice's slide here. There was also a beaten up ElDorado over there, but I don't know why it didn't race. It could easily kick my Charger's ass any time. Some more pictures from that day: That's not an actual oval track race car, it's more of a "kit car" And of course, you can't spell "Racetrack" without "crash": The GT-FOUR pitted, the Bonecracker was damaged heavily. Well I won, and the prize was 8,000$. That's a great amount I guess. |

∆ dat explosion thou'I got new shocks for front. I decided to re-paint the rims as I didn't like that dusty gray. I modified a lip that was meant for Sileighty, but the most best thing, it's registered now!

@Facepalm: Was the race free-for-all? If so I would have joined with the Impreza or the 383 Barracuda

@Coprone
That 240 is beat to hell, I love it Can't wait to see what you do. How's the interior? Also hows the electrical? Electrical is a pain in the ass when there's issues. |

Yes it was a free-for-all race. I had mentioned that in my post. There's another one tomorrow though, if you're interested.

@Haku - interior is great & all covered with very dark black material, but I'll strip it when I get rollbar. Electrical part is okay, but there's slight problem with headlights. I have to open & close with my own hands lawl

I sold the Iroc Camaro off so I could make from for the Hyundai. This Genesis was my friends who ended up having a kid and needed quick cash and a 4 door. He wasn't gonna get my lexus tho xD he also fooled me into buying it without the Joss wheels he owns, so now I need to source my own. It is a 2.0T, with injectors off an evo X (yes you can do that actually) and a slight increase in boost. unfortunately, this thing is on cut springs and I hate the way it rides. coilovers have been sourced and I have them on rush delivery. my back cannot take this rice bounce haha

Well, this car had me some potential, bought it off my Arab friend Habib, sold it to me for about $4,575, keep in mind it still had a somewhat new engine. So he got his guys to tow it to my place and now i gotta figure out what to do to it. (Sorry for bad quality pics btw, don't know how to get them better :()

Nissan Sentra SER Spec, i believe it is a 2007.
Added 5 minutes later: So i woke up a bit early today and i decided to call my buddy to come over and help me out with stripping the exterior of the Sentra out, we ended up stripping it and ordering parts, the next day the parts came and we installed them all, still need new windows and lights for her. And then after a hard day he went home and the project was to continue the next day. I ended up spending a good 4 hours priming the car for a nice paint yet to come. And then if anyone was wondering, i got myself a new cover for the engine head, This post was edited by Smokiegun (2015-02-24 22:18, ago) |

Update time on my GR STi Impreza.
This update starts off a little while ago and ends off today, also this is a decently large post so I will condense it with spoilers. So a little while ago, back before I purchased the tC as my new daily, I started doing some more mods to the GR. I had ordered new body parts right before the incident with the GC8 and then installed them, as well I had put on a set of 19inch Fikse wheels then colour matching was done The next thing I did while the body parts were being painted was I had a custom fabbed exhaust system made for the car, single exit only. With that mounted up I began searching for more power. I turned up the boost and upgraded my cams and instantly went from a dyno'd 370HP to a 450hp. Started running 100 Octane as apposed to 98 and then I was pushing 480. The car now went fast as hell and I took it out for some photos. So it was like this for a little while, then I got my Scion tC. I got the tC because I knew that I wanted to do something different with this STi. I liked how it looked, but it was fairly generic. I wanted something different without the trend of wide fenders coming into play. I wanted something crazy, but the car was not crazy. So I got to work. This is where the car is at. So that's what the car looks like now. Not sure what my next steps are. It was quite difficult to find and then fit these wheels. I had to do a complete conversion from 5 lug to 4 lug. Very stupid, now doubt. However I'm not all that smart when it comes to doing the things I want |

So, a few things happened over the weekend.
First off, I remembered it's the SO's birthday next week, and I didn't have anything left in my "Emergency presents" box. So, I decided to go up and above. I sold the Datsun, and bought this 'lil guy. Now, while the exterior may look like a piece of shit, the engine is right and healthy. So, everyone, I need your help with this one. I've already rented a warehouse for a week or two, and I need to turn this: Into something giveable for her birthday. I've also got a cople cases of beer for whoever joins in. (If you'll be there, please send me a link to your car mod (only if 2.2.1) and I'll set them all up in the warehouse map for a group shoot) |

So, after wasting half the day while i was at work and then had some fines to pay (You probably know what they were for) But yeah, decided i was going to paint the Sentra later in the day, so i called my buddy Habib who i bought the car from, and he came over with some samples, car does not run for now, so i had to borrow my sisters Mini Cooper S. Here were the results.
Before Paint/Getting ready. Final results. And i'm going to proceed and install the new wheels and Suspension system. Got my GoPro ready too. |

The Genesis dumped haha I don't know why some people cut springs, I prefer mine done the right way on coils. these tiens were so easy to install and put me on the ground with the 17in steelies.
Then after getting that baby raised back up to a drivable (barely) height, I took her out for some new shoes. some VIP Modulars did the trick. I used the Camaro go fast engine budget on these: Can someone say street sweeper? OH! and I almost forgot to show off this mint interior. Hyundai finally got it right when this came out PS: Im headed drifting, maybe pics or maybe not haha maybe just some aftermath This post was edited by Driftphantom (2015-02-25 03:51, ago) |

PART OUT TIME! Yep. looks like ebisu 1, me 0 as she claimed another missile car. Apparently screaming "WALL TAP" as you lock up your front breaks and slide directly into a wall does not save the car lol. ahh well. So This zenki is headed to the Scrap yard. Just come by and grab anything you want out of it ill take any offers. I am keeping the steering wheel and the RB30! the intercooler piping was heavily damaged but that is gonna have to be redone anyways when put it in a new chassis. 3 out of 4 forgiato wheels are still good. Finally here are pics. Even with my Custom steering knuckles, I shouldn't have this much lock
Got her back to the shop to find that the suspension was basically ripped out by the wall. it is hanging there by one pesky bolt, the rest of the shock tower is torn and twisted metal. the frame underneath is junk as well |

le racecar again. I managed to create some dents, but it's okay (cuz missile). I upgraded the head & pistons of the engine & supercharged it. After I've done lot's of updates to the 4A-GE, I'll get some bigass turbo on it.
