i just changed random things that had name like "shocks, spring" and it worked lol

 Open your chassis cfg and find these lines. Change the FL and FR wheel Up/Down values to move the top of the strut down. It would also be a good idea to move them back as well. Also you shouldn't move them more than maybe 10 at a time unless you're sure how much you should add or subtract. |
